Entrevista
Shortly after submitting my resume I received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I selected a date a few days later. The recruiter called and was very friendly. 1-2 weeks later I received an invitation for two in person back-to-back interviews two weeks later. Upon arrival, I was notified that the second interview had been cancelled due to the two interviewers' sickness and inavailability. The first interview took place and I was told the second interview would be rescheduled for the next day or latest the following week. After not hearing back for three weeks I followed up with a recruiting coordinator who responded the next day that he forwarded my email to my recruiter. Another day passed until I received an automatically created email stating that they had decided to move forward with other candidates.
Even though the first interview had gone very well, in my opinion, the second interview was never rescheduled. Neither was I informed about anything.

What skills do you think are important for a recruiting coordinator?
How would you communicate to a candidate that he/she wasn't selected (this question is quite ironic because they never informed me and handled the rejection incredibly badly)

I applied online and was contacted by the Recruiting Coordinator via phone to set up a phone interview with the Head of Talent Acquisition. Then I had an in-person interview with the same Manager. Final round was a phone interview with a Recruiting Coordinator. I was provided job offer after that. The interview process was very pleasant and professional.
