The interview process at Rimac Automobili felt disorganized and unprofessional. Interviewers seemed unprepared and asked irrelevant questions. Lack of clear communication and follow-up left me with a negative impression of the company culture

Did a task for them, they told me I will get a message from HR that I will be accepted in the next week. 1 month later I got a mail that "They had restucturing so they couldnt hire me at that time that they will contact me in 3 months,". 1.7 years later i got no mail. I did huge job of hardware enablement and monitoring. it took me solid 2 weeks of programming
