Largely behavioral and situational questioning. I made it to the VP round, and then they ghosted. I felt the interviews I did were strong, and then communication stopped completely. When I reached out to the recruiter to get clarity after 2 weeks of silence if they were on a timeline for next steps, I was told the team was busy with a big project and interviews were on hold. They never communicated with me after that. With that much time and energy invested on both sides, at the least there should be a generic email they're moving forward with another candidate, the search was on hold, etc.
