It was difficult to schedule the phone interview, which never ended up happening because they didn’t want to have someone come in from the same company as another recently hired manager. I thought this was pretty discriminatory and based on the assumption that if two people worked for another company, that they will be the same. Everyone should be given a fair chance and I don’t believe that was given.
