I applied to the Android Engineer job position via LinkedIn that mentioned requirements in Kotlin with experience of 1 year and above. Their recruiter reached out to me 2 days later via a phone call where they completed basic screening such as mu current work experience, my education, my project experience, expected salary package, reasons for leaving the current job etc. She scheduled an interview for the next day, but 6 hours before the interview she rescheduled to one day forward. During the second screening interview I was asked more in depth questions about my current work, the technologies I have worked on, challenges I faced and solved. The call lasted for 10 minutes and at the end the interviewer told me honestly that they were looking for someone senior with more experience to lead a newly formed team, and that they would keep my CV in pipeline for when a junior position opens up
