      Entrevista

      Interview process was slow and the HR person communicated the process poorly. At 2 seperate times I didn't hear back from the company for weeks and assumed that the position was filled or closed, only to get a call telling me that they want me to interview with someone else. The interviewers were all very good, and spent a lot of time 'selling' Ricoh, but I found that interviewers were asking for information that I had already discussed with them in a previous interview. After what was supposed to be my 'final round' of interviews, I heard nothing back from them for a month to let me know the status and took another position. My concern with this company was that they were very slow to respond and I can see that translating to a company that would be difficult to get anything done quickly in everyday situations. I think they are so over their head trying to figure out how to integrate the IKON business into Ricoh that other areas of the company are suffering. It's a shame, because I was very excited about the opportunity, but I couldn't wait any longer for them to decide.
