I applied through an online job search website. Ricoh HR called me after a week and arranged for an interview. When I got to the place I was given a form to fill in my details and also a personality test. The test was pretty short and straightforward. I was then told to wait for the interviewer to come. The interview mostly consisted of behavioral questions. The interviewer was friendly. The interview took around half an hour. After that I was told I would be contacted if I got the position but I was not contacted.
