I applied online through Indeed.com and received an e-mail to schedule an initial phone interview. The 1st interview lasted about 14 minutes and covered basically what my resume had covered. I has a second phone interview with the hiring manger that last about 1 hour and covered a lot with regards to management style and how I would handle difficult situations. I had a 3rd face to face which had the ops manager face to face with the previously mentioned hiring manager on the phone. This 3rd interview went a little over an hour and included many questions related to how to manage a problem employee to how would your past employees describe you as a manager. I was told I would receive notice with the next 7 days. I waited 2 weeks and then finally called the Ops Mgr. to see what was going on. I was told the job had been given to an internal employee over a week ago. I was not impressed with the complete lack of follow up by both managers that I had spoke with. I know people are being asked to do more now than ever before, but to not even pickup the phone and offer the courtesy of a followup was very unprofessional.
