A basic overview of the poistion. Followed by listening to the individual thats position was being filled pat themselves on the back telling myself what they did for the postion. Hiring manager was straight foward and clear with questions and descriptions of job duties. Word of advice to management. Don't bring in the individual being promoted for another postion in interview process. I am sure he was a good worker.....
