I got early morning interview phone call outside the intended time on evening which surprised me Job site description said requirement in French language but somehow the interview was on English This didn't make any sense to me The interviewer had thick south asian accent which made the interview process much longer for me to understand and process with request for repetition The reasons above are why I rate it negative overall experience When I answered these question the caller tonal voice changed to negative or disappointed when I mentioned the key words technical attention to details but positive when I mentioned fast or quick paced speed for previous work After answering these questions interviewer ended the call with rejection mail within 1 hr after the call
