I have been contacted by the recruiting team from Zola Pedrosa, Bologna office.
They sent me true a few questions about my job experience, my salary, the reason I was looking for a new job etc. After that, I have been sent an invite for an initial phone interview. I was answering to the recruiter questions for more than 40 minutes.
After that, even if they said they would have got back to me for any feedback, they completely disappeared and none from HR/recruiting got in touch with me, when after a few weeks I wrote a professional email to them to be updated about my process.
Disgraceful experience if we consider how they sell their image in the UK and in Italy as well.
Not all the interviews are successful and this is part of the game. But I consider HR department one of the most important area which should represent the company values, image and the place where the relationship with employees is consolidated.

Whole process took few months. The process was slow and lack of updates. You won't know how many rounds of interview and the only option was to wait for a call.

It was one assessment and an online video call to talk about myself experience and the last one was salary negotiation but didn't reach that stage to know what will happen and that's it and you recieve the letter in your email

3 colloqui, il primo generico, il secondo con responsabile HR ed infine il terzo con il responsabile reparto. Il colloquio era medio facile in quanto era la prima esperienza lavorativa e dunque non molta prevenzione sulla vecchie esperienze lavorative.
