Had an initial phone screening with hiring manager, went well and they said they would follow up with next steps. Never heard back, fully ghosted even after reaching out twice over two weeks to check in on status. Continued to check the applicant/career portal and at the end of that second week post-interview, portal was updated to say declined, still no word even after decline in the portal.
