One on one with the assistant GM, he asked my experience, we talked for about 10 minutes. Not too hard of questions. He told me there would be a test after training was finished, training could take about a week to do, and the multiple choice test was a requirement to get my own section.
One interview, simple chat about work experience and overall capabilities in a restaurant venue. Low formality, super casual overall. The online math quiz is the worst part, though, used like a pre screen but it’s totally ridiculous.
They asked you a couple of behavioral questions and what customer service means to you. It was quick, easy and painless and they will offer you a job on the spot.

Entrevista
Walked in to the restaurant in person and asked for an application. I filled out the application there and left. I received a phone call the next day and set up a time for an interview. I went in for the interview and sat down with the general manager. He asked me a bit about my application and if I had ever had any experience serving. I left and received a phone call the next day, and started the next week.
