I applied online and was contacted for an initial phone screening. The conversation covered my background, interest in the role, and general fit for the position. The process was straightforward and conversational.

One HR screening via phone, one hr interview via zoom, one interview with vice president, one / two more interviews. not sure didn't make it that far. VP was visibly uninterested and condescending and unwilling to thoughtfully relate/answer my questions.
