Applied online via indeed. Got email confirmation regarding telephone interview for next day. The given time was 2pm, however never received any call. I emailed back to the Recruiter who confirmed me time for telephone interview but no use. Finally got email reply next day to set up again telephone interview later that day. But again no call or email received.
It is just a waste of time don't even bother to apply there.

Entrevista
It was a short interview with a few questions about yourself and about what you aspire to be. They asked questions both in Italian and English since they want to see if we are able to communicate with both locals and tourists.
The interview process was a basic general interview process. I sent my resume through the career job site. After a few days, they contacted me for an interview. After that, a 2nd interview with the manager. It was pretty standard.
