I was informed it was going to be a 3 week process. I was informed by the recruiter that RHO was interested in me completing the online application and assessment. I did both. I found the assessment to be mostly statistical questions I had in school. After the assessment I was informed on line that RHO would be considering me for further steps. The very next morning the recruiter called and informed me that RHO will not be considering me for employment. She also informed me that they did not give her a reason. The salary she quoted me was less than my current salary and when I communicated that I probably should not pursue RHO any further due to the salary difference she communicated that RHO may be flexible and to complete the online application and assessment.
