      Entrevista

      1. Was reached out to by an internal recruiter. 2. Was told that the process would be fairly quick (2 weeks max) 3. Every round of interviews seemed to go really positive. 4. First spoke with a recruiter on the phone. All good and aligned there 5. Then spoke with the hiring manager via a nice long zoom interview, we had a lot in come and I really enjoyed her shared passion of the customer journey and experience. 6. Got pushed to 3-4 hour 'on-site' interview. 7. Went really well except for one lady who seemed to not like my look or me for some reason. 8. Waiting several days then got told good news, they could give me a higher salary than I wanted. 9. 2 days later got a generic denial email. 10. I asked for feedback and they said they decided after interviewing me that they wanted someone with more director experience (which fair enough I didn't have). 11. 2 months later the role is still open.

      Thank you for the detailed feedback on your experience through each step of the process. It sounds like we handled many aspects of the process well but fell down in the areas of decision making and direct communication towards the end.
