      I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, we had a brief screening call, then I had a call with a hiring manager. I was then asked to complete a "homework" assignment. Next, I had a call with two Partner Success Managers on the team, where I was asked to go through a presentation roughly based on the "homework" assignment. Then I was ghosted without any feedback. In my view, if you have met with a candidate, ghosting him or her is not acceptable. An automatically generated email is a bare minimum, particularly after a candidate spends significant time preparing homework and a presentation.

      I applied online. The typical interview process. I was emailed for a video interview. The interview went great and I was told I would hear back in a few days about the next steps. I tried emailing the hiring manager. However, it's been about three weeks and still no response. This has been a total waste of my time. I would appreciate the courtesy of a reply.

      Entrevista

      I had one interview with a recruiter and one phone interview with the hiring manager and both were great. I moved on to the assignment round & submitted in on time to then be completely ghosted. I have followed up twice with the recruiter & once with the hiring manager & no one responded. It's extremely unprofessional and it's also not hard to simply turn someone down when they worked hard on an assignment. I've never experienced this before, I realize there are probably a ton of applicants but there should be a better system.

      Hello! I appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your recruiting experience with Rhino. You’re right - ghosting is completely unprofessional and I apologize that our communication with you wasn’t up to our own internal standards there.
