I was contacted by the inside recruiter on LinkedIn. Since I was interested, they took the time to give me a call, talking me through the job role and laying out the structure of the application process. The first interview was more general, asking questions related to my experience and how they linked to the role. I was able to ask some clarification points. It was friendly and fairly casual – which definitely put me at ease. The second interview involved me giving a short presentation on Rezatec. This tested my understanding of the company from the research I had done and my presenting skills. Following this, I was asked some competence based questions. The whole experience was very smooth and the in-house recruiter kept in touch throughout the process. A decision was reached in a timely manner – the interview process was very efficient and friendly!
