There is a very unprofessional recruiter. I was offered a position but she said that she could not reveal ANYTHING until I accepted. No start time, schedule, pay or anything. Either accept blindly or not at all. A few months pass and I found out that she discussed MY application and job offer with somebody outside of Reynolds and Reynolds. I contacted her about this "job offer" and she said her notes show that she was unable to reach me to give me the offer. I reminded her of what she said and she denied it. When I told her that I still have the email of her saying I have to accept the offer before she would tell me anything, she quickly backtracked and made up some excuse and quickly changed the subject. She said that the job offer was still in the system if I wanted it. I accepted and told her the day that I was available to start, and she said it was probably too soon since the "management" would need to get it arranged, so we settled on another start date. Later that week she said that I would have to redo the entire application and assessment, and when I asked her about it she said only the personal contact information "for record purposes". The link that she made somebody else send me though, was for the entire assessment and application process - not personal information. A few days later I got a rejection email and she's been silent since. I have every email and have recorded every phone call with this recruiter since she's tried to lie about things. Word of advice - do the same thing, with any recruiter for any company. (It's legal in Texas to record phone conversations)
