My resume was posted on careerbuilder. A recruiter reached out to me about the current job opening for a territory manager. I was sent a email link. I then proceeded to apply. A couple days later was asked to do a phone interview, then video interview, then I was provided a flight and hotel in Philadelphia for my panal interview. When I got to my panal interview there was a recruiter to guide you through the process (outsourced). There were two rooms, in each room was 2 accessors (DM/TM/Director). Each room was about 30 mins each of behavioral questions (know the star format). After the interview was over we then met back with the recruitor and she then advised us that a decision would be made today but that our original recruitor would be following up within a day or so. She stated if you received a email, you weren't getting a offer but if you received a call you were getting a offer. The person that was interviewing beside me received a email the following morning. I received a phone the next afternoon. I was told I would be moving forward and that locations of choice would be provided the following am. Overall, it was a great experience. I've worked with large corporations before but none like this that actually hold your hand through the interview process. RJ Reynolds changed the game.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
