The application process began with a newspaper advertisement for the job with request for resumes to be mailed. One to two weeks later someone phoned to schedule the interview for two weeks away. Once the interview was done with a group of three, then it was the end of next week before hearing decision. So, from the interview to decision was two weeks, but complete process was approximately six weeks. The office was an older building. The people were dressed casually. They appeared to have a laid back work culture. The office equipment I saw was minimal and older. Smoking is allowed in the offices and smoking was going on while I was there.
