The interview was a 4-step process:
1. Interview with the hiring manager, focused on my background and my previous experience.
2. Interview with HR - mostly behavioral questions and culture fit.
3. Take home assignment - a case study on the company's product.
4. Interview with the CEO and the head of Engineering - discussion on the assignment, cross-functional collaboration, and business strategy.
Everyone I talked with was very positive and welcoming. Communication was open and clear. I felt great throughout the interview process.
