First round was a panel interview with the hiring manager and a senior manager. This was followed by a long creative task and a final stage interview discussing the task with the previous two employees. I did not see the point of such a long task as a portfolio or shorter task would have worked equally well. If you do not have a lot of time available you cannot produce your best work. No feedback was given, either.
