invited to take 2nd online assessment ( basic mechanical aptitude test )
invited to zoom meeting for interview
plant walk through
background check (took 3 weeks)
drug screen/physical (Urine, audio, lifting test, blood test(not for drugs)

Extremely laid back interview. HR and Management and very professional yet very down to earth every day people. Just answer the questions honestly and dont over think anything. they did not try to convey that they are above you. They treated me as an equal and I appreciated that.
