I applied online for a position and was contacted 2 weeks later for a phone screen and to schedule an in-person interview with the hiring managers. I was given a paper application and benefits rundown. In person, I met with the recruiter and 2 hiring managers for about 2 1/2 hours. I was told that there may be another interview with a Senior Executive, but either way, I would hear back within 2 weeks. After that time passed, I contacted the recruiter and did not receive any response. This is the first time in my career I have done an in-person interview with the hiring manager(s) and not received an update either way.
