to suggest how to improve the programming assignment
One initial screening, then an interview with a person from the USA without a camera about common API design things and 2 interviews that were the same as the first one to me afterwards, and a hiring manager interview which was kind of weird.
Did a code assesment with 100% success, got ghosted afterwards. Really cool.
