The first interview was more of a sales pitch for us to join them. Start in office in the morning to strategize clients and then you go out to the "store front" and sell. Was a very energetic but it felt purposefully vague. They followed up for a second interview but never showed up for our meeting.

It was very lax, with only a couple of basic interview questions during the first round of interviews. The interviewer was very high energy and made the space feel open.
