I was contacted by Talent acquisition and she offered me an interview for New Business Account Executive ( Irish Market) I the recruiter reach out to me via LinkedIn after she saw I am good fit for the position by analyzing my experience and matches it with job requirements, along with her first message she sent 2 PDF files one contains the job description and the other the company profile, after carefully reviewing the job description I decided to accept her invitation for the interview as the position alignes with career development and path, then she sent me bunch of questions about my legal status and work permit in Spain, although along with my salary expectations and a key requirement for the job Although my LinkedIn profile shows that I already have hybrid employment in Barcelona ( that is obviously states that I have work permits) but at the end it was valid confirmation question after all ) After answering her questions and confirming my eligibility we booked a Google meet slot for the next step, she sent a detailed email about the next interview’s structure and core purpose. And she mentioned it will be with the hiring team I went to the interview, and it was a young Hr employee who apparently didn’t prepare for the interview properly or maybe he was not informed about my communication with his colleague, first he was interviewing me for the same position but different market and he was asking me about my experience in Iberia market which include Spain and Portugal, I was confused and I asked him why you are talking to me about this market ? I clarified that I was invited to be interviewed for Irish market, we start over and then he was asking the same questions the his colleague asked be before we move forward to this step as those questions as she stated are key need for me to be qualified to take the actual interview, also he didn’t provide a full detailed about the KPIs nor the compensation structure, he asked me irrelevant question and when Asked why they need to have this information he told it’s within my right to not answer it as it’s not mandatory so I chose to express my right with not providing any information about his inquiry, after that he was just wanted to finish the interview and he said I will be having an answer by the end of the following day’s, it has been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything from them, the only thing I received is an opinion survey on how the interview went
