The most disorganized and unprofessional recruitment process I’ve ever experienced. I dedicated hours to completing a test they sent me, advanced to the first interview, and the recruiter told me I would receive a response within 3 days, but I never heard back. I followed up multiple times and was completely ignored.
It shows a total lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. This experience speaks volumes about the company. I won’t be applying again. Pathetic.
Colloquio veloce e con feedback quasi immediati ma ancora ingigantiscono la posizione per poi rivelare effettivamente il ruolo soltanto al colloquio tecnico. Per il resto molto semplice, non sono state fatte dpmande davvero tecniche come ci si aspetterebbe dall'annuncio
