I recently had an interview experience that left me shocked and uncomfortable. I was questioned about my nationality and accent in a way that I felt was inappropriate and biased and immediately made me feel judged and unwelcome.
The interview itself felt like a formality — the questions seemed random and disconnected from the role, and it appeared as though a decision had already been made before I even began. Although the position was advertised as English-speaking, the interviewer insisted on switching languages during the interview, casting doubt on my bilingual skills without justification. This was not only irrelevant to the role but also an unjust and inappropriate way to assess a candidate.
This experience raised serious concerns for me about the company’s approach to diversity, inclusion, and professionalism in its hiring process.

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
