Entrevista
It was a long interview process that consists of 6 Steps. I myself got through to stage 4. The reasoning for such a long interview process was that they want to ensure they are hiring the right people, so that they can avoid a hiring/firing scenario. Which understandably makes sense, but it does take a few weeks to get through the process, which can be frustrating if in the end you dont receieve an offer. Unforatunately for myself i did not receieve an offer after this 4th step and 5th interview, additionally i was given no reason why just that i was not selected. After putting in so much effort, some reasoning as to why wouldve been much appreciated. Although reps that interviewed me were polite, straightforward and explained process clearly. The rep stated at the end of the call i did a good mock cold call and prospecting when i asked for feedback so was suprised not to be selected.

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
