I had high expectation on this company or at least the recruitment process, but ended feeling quite disappointed by experience. What I felt is that on the initial stage the recruiter was quite overbearing and it all turned unpleasant. There was no insightful information or more shared about the company or role etc.

Recruitment questions based on previous experience include: please introduce yourself and summarize your professional background, describe relevant roles and responsibilities, highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) you were measured on, and explain the concrete results or achievements you delivered in those roles.
