I was approached by their recruiter on LinkedIn. There were 4 rounds in the interview process - 1. Screening Call - A 30 min call with a recruiter about the job role and your relevant experience, 2. Aptitude Test - 40 CCAT questions to be solved in 20 mins; easy and doable, 3. Problem Solving Interview - A 45 min case study interview where they give you a problem statement outside your area of expertise and expect you to come up with a structured solution. The interviewer was awesome. Refer consulting interviews on youtube to prep, 4. Bar Raiser Interview - I got rejected in this stage. The format was supposed to bea conversation about your past experiences and whether you have gone above and beyond in your role, but I feel that the interviewer was mainly concerned about the ratings received in the previous roles. Once I mentioned that I had a "Meets Expectations" rating throughout my previous experience, I could feel a change in demeanor. The interview ended within 20 mins, with the interviewer stating that they felt I was not the "right fit" for the position. Got a rejection mail within the hour.
Overall, the process took 20 days, with 13 days in between the 3rd and 4th round.
Todo el proceso muy bien. Me hicieron hacer varias entrevistas. Para valorar mis capacidades mentales, matemáticas y resolución de problemas. Pero después ni se molestaron en darme un feedback. Me dijeron que tendría información en una semana y han pasado tres. No contestan al mensaje de seguimiento, realmente me parece que dice muy poco de ellos y mucho de su forma de valorar a los trabajadores.
Following steps: the Screening interview, an online test, the business case and the bar raiser interview. There were sync calls with the recruiter as well to prepare you for the next step in the process.
2 main interviews after screen call with recruiter, one is problem solving of a case you arent expected to know anythimf about and the other example based.
Its not hard if you practice
