Opened with a short, 15-minute screening call from HR. Followed by a more comprehensive 30-minute call with competency-based questions. Completed psychometric testing (numerical, logical reasoning etc.) which was relatively easy. Next came a Case Study interview. Interviewer was late to the interview, which was held at around 7pm, and was quite rude and abrasive. I didnt perform well in the interview, partly due to my own mistakes but also due to the negative attitude of the interviewer. He was clearly steering me towards his version of the "correct" answer, which defeats the purpose of a case interview. Experience had been pleasant until this point, but I now believe that all of the negative reviews you read online about Revolut's poor culture could be true.

Long. Pre-screening, aptitude test, gmat sort of test, problem solving, case, bar raiser. I had a bad experience. Not because the interviews very difficult, but the attitude was rude, they were mean, arrive late to the calls. If that is the interview...how is the working culture day by day?
