Was contacted via LinkedIn by Recruiter and who wanted to discuss the role with me as my profile caught their eye. 1st Interview was arranged with another recruiter to discuss the role, the company and to find out a bit more about me, salary expectations, benefits etc. 2nd Interview arranged with Senior Designer. Introduced myself, gave a bit of background about me and my experience. Then had showcase my work and take him through my portfolio and creative process via presentation. We both asked each other questions at the end. This lasted 1 hour. 3rd was the design task. You are given a week to complete this task, you are given a brief and helpful tips from the recruiter about key touch points they would like to see. Submitted - Wasn’t successful this time! Overall, pleasant experience! Interviewers were all very friendly, nice and easy to talk to and put you at ease, which is great especially when you’re a bit nervous. Will definitely reapply in the future.
