The process started with the HackerRank test (1 hour 30 mins) with SQL, Python and stats questions. I was then invited for the screening call. This was one of my worst experiences ever. The HR person was sitting with her laptop on her lap during the interview, so not very professional. She then said to me that offers had already been made for this role, so there was a high chance that I couldn't be hired in this team. Finally she said that based on my seniority (which is obvious on my CV), no role were available in London and I would have to relocate to an EU country like Spain or Portugal (with lower salary obviously). In short, don't waste your time and effort with them.

It took 3 months, many delays in communication, position was not clear on the organization and it was said so. The technical interviews was like crowd-sourcing of ideas, and I did not like this being in that way. In the end, I did not receive any valid feedback for this being negative.
