I had 3 calls, with the recruiter, with the senior manager and with the director and chef executive. During the calls I have answered almost the same questions every time. The offer I have seen on Linkedin differed from what I have heard during all those interviews. I feel I have lost my time, as I had to tell 3 different people what I do know about Revolut, while the position was not discussed and I believe that in reality they were looking for the processor, not for manager. What is more, I felt that two out of three person that interviewed me, were not interested in what I was saying.
At the end I was supposed to get feedback after 2 days, I was waiting for a whole week and received a final offer after my second reminder mail. Although I have informed the recruiter, that I am will be on holidays, she contacted me while I was sitting in a train and was expecting that I will accept their offer right in that moment. I have asked to get it by mail, and finally I did not accept the offer because the salary was too low (although during the first interview with the recruiter I stated what is my expected salary, and she told me, that it will be ok for them), I have negotiated and received a higher proposition, but it was still below my expectations. Taking into considerations the salary and the fact that I had to wait so long, I have declined the offer and I feel that the company is not a good place to work at.
