This happens, but it was clear throughout that there had not been a smooth handoff (including the loss of key information about my requirements around role, salary, visa sponsorship, etc.). Their communication was time consuming and ineffective. My overall impression was quite poor.

This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. The interviewer displayed a lack of respect and exhibited toxic traits, interrupting me with questions not relevant at all to my position nor the position I was being interviewed for.
