very direct recruitment structure. Talent managers are organized. The company wants to evaluate fast but smart your competencies. They give as well great feedback at each stage of the recruitment process.
General application followed by an aptitude test and at home challenge. Two final stages comprising face to face interviews. At home challenger consisted excel data analysis and an understanding of SQL coding

Screening call of 30 min and then you get an extensive case to solve on SQL or Python. If you fail the case after working long hours on it, you don't even get any feedback on what you failed !!! Just a "thanks for applying" mail.

The thing is I was really confident in my solution approach and I applied a 2nd time with a different candidate account and after the call with a member of the team I had the same case and submit the same solution.... which this time passed the test !?!
What about any consistency? Or just consider my 1st solution a 2nd time when I asked it by mail and you didn't answer ?
After that, you get another interview with a Senior Operations and if you fail even at that stage... you get the "thanks for applying" mail without any feedback. On the other side, if you passed, you get only Skype interviews before a job offer, I believe to be invited to be onboard on the culture.

This company is building a great product and probably a great bank, however, it really needs to consider candidates as human beings! Provide care, feedback and be consistent!
