Thorough, yet pretty swift, it took less than 5 weeks to go from my initial application to the offer stage. The process went like this: * Aptitude test on HackerRank (45 mins, quantitative reasoning, GMAT-like questions & some verbal ones like writing a blog post, time-boxed.) * First interview, 30 mins - Operations Manager * Home task (data analysis covering an operational challenge Revolut faced in the past plus writing a report and outlining possible solutions), DL: 7 days to complete * 2nd interview round (1 hour) - Global Ops Lead * 3rd interview round (1 hour) - CTO All interviewers were well prepared and seemed to have a genuine interest in my motivation to apply as well as my background. Be prepared to be grilled about your problem-solving abilities (they will e.g. ask you for your opinion on how to improve technical processes) and make sure to keep yourself in the loop when it comes to Revolut in the news and any challenges they might be facing currently. All in all a very enjoyable & exciting process.
