I applied online. A really straightforward process - simple questions & cv upload. I was invited to a video interview a few days later. I wasn't sent the link to join the interview beforehand (even though I asked about this when my interview was confirmed). I was sent the link 10mins past the time the interview was meant to start. The interview was relaxed but unprofessional and felt like the interviewer was doing the interview because he had to, not because they were interested in hiring someone. The interviewer was pausing and scrolling through questions he could ask me on his screen instead of trying to engage properly into the interview. There were numerous interruptions as this video interview was taking place in an open plan office and I was muted when this happened which disrupted the flow of the interview. Overall, I don't think my interviewer was skilled in interviewing and should remember the interview is about us making a good first impression but also for them to represent their company to us. I was assured that I would hear back from them by the end of the week if I was proceeding/not proceeding to the next stage and I have still not heard back from them. The interview could have been worse but I don't think it's a company I would want to work for after reading the other reviews on here.

The speed of responses was fast. However, the interview process was not made clear from the start. The interviewer didn't seem to be listening to the responses given either. Interviewer was a little late and had problems on deciding which platform to use for the interview.
