Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter on linkedin.
Did a first interview that went very well and was easy.
Then I made an online test.
Then I had a last interview with a sales manager.
The guy who interviewed me on this last one didn't show any emotion or energy.
Said things like "your work will you sat on a chair, calling calling calling, for 8 hours" - on the most straight face ever. I didn't like this interview.

Tell me about yourself and then he started to ask me to speak further about a specific past experience I mentioned.
Elevator pitch of 2 minutes, and he putted a clock, but then it was more like 4 minutes. The only thing he said was "I am the cfo"
He asked for the type of companies that would be a good match for revolut business
He asked me to describe what the job was

Overall I did not find the interviews difficult and actually had a nice experience. All of the interviewers were very polite as well.

Processo molto lento, dopo referral mi hanno inviato un link per fare il primo assessment online, una parte logica (50 domande in 15 minuti) e una parte conoscitiva (60 domande). Non si sono più fatti sentire per 3 settimane per poi dirmi che avevano già trovato il candidato giusto.
