I had 4 interviews. They were challenging. Very interactive interviews. Interesting people. Faced-paced structured, demanding, with a focus in cultural fit. You will have a skills/ Role- Specific interview. Ex: how do you sell Revolut Business to SMEs , they test cold calling. They value a lot ownership, motivation.

El proceso consiste en varios procesos que incluyen entrevistas con recursos humanos, Sales Manager, prueba de conocimientos en directo de prospección y Country Manager. Bastante flexibilidad para agendar los huecos. Me rechazó el country manager.
