Interview process is set into 3 stages. 20 minute review with recruiter, they will summarise the role briefly and ask questions on your sales experience to see if you qualify for the role. If so, you will move onto a two part interview. First, sales experience related questions 30mins. This is your opportunity to ask questions. You will then have a 30/45min prospect/roleplay cold call exercise where you will have to screen share your screen. Prospecting form google/linked in to find potential customers and then do a discovery/pitch. I did not make it past this stage. Finally, if you get through you will have a final interview with a district/regional sales manager.

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
