Ridiculous expectations for an entry level role interviewer was more interested in telling me how great he was than explaining role, salaries might be good but culture must be very aggressive if this person was to be a team manager.

Hard interview process,
Divided into 5 different ones,
And having to do a test on an interview.
Quiet difficult, have to keep progressing stages.
Sounds like a hard job too
