Entrevista
Overall a lengthy process. Had my first interview with HR and was asked to come back the next week to interview with a member of the marketing staff. After two weeks of waiting, I was asked to come back to meet with another member of the marketing staff then prepare a marketing assessment to present back to four members of HR and Marketing. After all of the interviews and a strenuous presentation, I had to follow up with them to be told that I would not be offered the position. I (politely) asked for feedback since I had spent over 6 hours in the offices interviewing, so I could at least know what area I could improve on, but never received a response. Although everyone I met with was very nice, I'm afraid of what the work environment would be like with the lack of response and accountability during just the interview process. I am now happy that I accepted a position at another company who was much more quick and responsive.

Entrevista
Applied via Indeed to Revlon's Corporate site. Two weeks later, phone interview with Senior Recruiter. Phone interview went very well, and recruiter recommended I come in for an internal interview to meet the hiring manager / leadership team. However, after several follow-ups, it took a full month to schedule and I was one of four final candidates scheduled to come in over the course of what appeared to be seven days. As part of the wrap-up, the Senior Recruiter provide a timeline within ten days I should hear feedback and possible next steps, etc....reasonable.
It now has been well over a month since my internal interview and after two follow-ups to the Senior Recruiter - not one response back. Total Ghost!! A response would have been much appreciated.

Entrevista
I was introduced by a placement company, then we set up a Skype interview. It lasted aprox. 1 hour, 2 brand managers asking questions. Relatively standard personality questions, questions about past experience, and more detailed/harder questions about marketing.
