The interview process was very thorough - I believe it was 4 rounds of interviews. The most challenging round was a mock business meeting with the other Customer Success Managers where I had about 30 minutes to review a data report. They were very timely in their communication with me and were eager to get to know me both professionally and personally.
Well organized and transparent Interview process. Overall, it was a great experience with multiple interviews. Besides your skills, a cultural fit is very important and the understanding of the industry.
