HPG has a pretty straight forward interview process. After I applied, I was contacted by HR for a quick 30 minute phone appointment. Then I came in for first round interviews with 3 people from the hiring team for the open position. I then was called back for a second round interview with the GM and CEO. I was then called by HR with a verbal offer, quickly followed up by the supporting written offer letter. It was a wonderful process and I feel like I really got to meet the key people I would interact with on a daily basis. It made my decision easy.
