The entire interview felt robotic and impersonal. The interviewer didn't ask me to tell her about myself or engage in any meaningful conversation. Instead, she immediately jumped into questions about my book of business, as if reading from a script, with no enthusiasm or genuine interest. Throughout the interview, she sounded very dry and mechanical, making it clear she was likely reading from a chatbot or script rather than having a real conversation. When I attempted to ask my post-interview questions, she paused for 8-10 seconds before responding, which only added to the awkwardness. Her answers continued to sound rehearsed and impersonal. The process was lengthy, involving a total of 5 interviews before even being considered. I want to emphasize that I am not leaving this review because I wasn't selected; rather, I am thoroughly disappointed with how un-personable and unprofessional the entire process was. It felt like I was talking to AI rather than a real person, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. Overall, this was a poor experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for a genuine, engaging interview process, steer clear of Revenueio.
